ONE 09 overlooks Lake Monona on East Wilson Street. We have both scenic lake views along with fantastic city views. ONE 09 is also located in the heart of downtown Madison, which means restaurants, shops, and event centers are just a walk away!
ONE 09's leasing office is located at 109 E. Wilson Street on the first floor.
The office hours are 10am-6pm on Monday through Friday, 10am-5pm on Saturday, and 12pm-5pm on Sunday.
During you tour, our staff will show you what modern luxury living is like. You will see our various amenities throughout the community, high-end finishes throughout each apartment you view, and you will hear about the convenience of living in downtown Madison!
We welcome walk-in's and appointments!
We offer a range of apartment styles to fit everyone's lifestyle!
Utilities, such as electricity and water/sewer, are not included in the monthly rent costs.
ONE 09 welcomes all kinds of pets! There is no pet deposit required, but there is a monthly cost for pet rent. Additionally, we do have a limit of two (2) pets per apartment. Please note that pet restrictions apply.
We encourage all residents to pay rent using our online portal. However, if you are not able to access our portal, you may pay in the office.
ONE 09 offers a 3-level, underground garage for residents. Parking is assigned, so you will never need to fight over spaces again! Parking is reservable for a monthly fee, per space.
ONE 09 offers residents a rooftop heated pool & deck overlooking Lake Monona, a top floor fitness center & yoga studio, a top floor clubroom lounge with pool table & golf simulator, a Capitol Lounge & terrace with kitchen & private dining, a 2nd floor terrace with gas fire pit, an elegant lobby lounge & library co-working space, a promenade with access to One Social Food Hall, Bluejack, and One Prime, and a pet wash & dog run.
Each apartment comes with a full-size washer and dryer!
